Sang-Yeon, Kim is the head of Overseas Investment Business Division at Simone Investment Managers.
Prior to joining Simone Investment Managers, he served as a managing director at Performance Trust Capital Partners, before this job, he worked for various financial investment companies including MUFG Securities in Hong Kong, Hanwha Securities, ANZ Seoul, Citigroup, and Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance.
He graduated from Baruch College, Manhattan with a degree in finance.
Simone Investment Managers will invest in offices, retail spaces and residential facilities through real estate funds.
Investment in hotels and resorts is optional, depending on their location, returns and operator.
We will make direct acquisition of real estate, equity investment in real estate holding companies, and direct lending or acquisition of loan obligations.
In addition, we will make optional investment in funds offered by leading global asset managers.
